This move is part of Inchcape’s Accelerate+ strategy, focusing on long-term shareholder returns through disciplined capital allocation. The acquired businesses generated £48.7 million in revenue in FY2025 and employed around 90 people. The deal includes three retail locations in Peru and two in Costa Rica.
Inchcape’s Duncan Tait highlighted the company’s local market knowledge and ability to deliver sustainable growth. The acquisitions build on Inchcape’s existing relationships with OEM partners and expand its footprint in the Americas.
