The MG ZS Hybrid+ has officially launched in Surabaya, following its successful debut in Bandung. This hybrid SUV is designed to meet the diverse mobility needs of Surabaya and East Java residents. Bekerja sama dengan Mimosa Grup, the MG ZS Hybrid+ is now available at Rp309.900.000 OTR Surabaya, expanding MG’s electrification lineup after the positive reception of the MGS5 EV.
The MG ZS Hybrid+ combines a 1.5-liter hybrid engine with a high-power electric motor and a 3-speed dedicated hybrid transmission (DHT). This setup delivers a maximum combined power of 214 PS, balancing efficiency with performance for daily and long-distance travel. MG’s approach caters to consumers seeking hybrid benefits without fully relying on charging infrastructure.
The vehicle’s Intelligent Propulsion System adjusts power output based on driving conditions, aligning with MG’s “Outclass The Mainstream” concept. This philosophy emphasizes a blend of efficiency, performance, style, practicality, and family comfort, ensuring the ZS Hybrid+ meets both urban and inter-city driving needs.
“With the MG ZS Hybrid+, we aim to provide an alternative that combines hybrid technology’s advantages with the flexibility and practicality of a gasoline engine,” said Jason Huang, CEO of MG Motor Indonesia.
The SUV’s interior features high-quality materials with a sporty, human-centered design. It includes a 7-inch digital instrument display, a 12.3-inch infotainment screen, and wireless charging. For families, the ZS Hybrid+ offers a spacious second row and a 1,457-liter cargo capacity, enhanced by rear air vents, a power tailgate, and a panoramic sunroof.
Safety features include 15 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) functions and seven airbags. Key ADAS features are Adaptive Cruise Control, Autonomous Emergency Braking, Lane Keep Assist, Blind Spot Detection, and Rear Cross Traffic Alert, ensuring full protection for all occupants.
Available through MG’s Surabaya dealerships, including MG Surabaya Barat and MG Jemursari, the Ignite variant is priced at Rp309.900.000, while the Magnify variant costs Rp339.900.000. Both prices are OTR Surabaya.
